The entrance is dominated by a tower with a wide projecting roof. The two central villas are symmetrically arranged. The fourth villa is asymmetrically structured and, by dint of its roof tower, corresponds with the entrance villa. Our design is an attempt at interpreting the typology of the great Potsdam villa architecture in the context of the lake landscape.
