The central roof terrace, reminiscent of a town square, is reached via an external stairway. The cube forming the municipal library acts as an urban marker. A further cuboid accommodates the sports hall. The building alternates between monumental wall plates formed of facing brick and the façades of the classroom tracts which have been formed entirely as cast glazing elements with inserted fenestration.
